Sometimes, the main problem is the appearance of “spider veins” or dilated capillaries on the face or neckline as a consequence mainly of thinning of the skin and capillary fragility. In this case, to eliminate these vascular lesions we use a vascular laser.
The treatment for vascular lesions from superficial spider veins and couperose to medium-caliber vessels is the latest in laser treatment.
The laser acts on the deep vessel and no visible lesion remains on the surface; at most a small purple that can last a week and can also be made up. It is a very grateful treatment and with good maintenance, the lesions do not reappear .
If the cause of the appearance of the lesions cannot be eliminated, a maintenance session is performed a year.
The vascular laser is indicated in all types of vessel sizes from spider veins to vessels larger than 5mm and for all skin types from phototype I (light skin) to phototype V –VI ( Dark skin).
It can be performed on both facial (couperosis) and body lesions and both in men and women.
