The pectoral implant is a procedure that seeks to increase the size and highlight the male pectorals.
It is a surgical procedure by which the volume of the male pectoral muscle is increased.
A small incision (approx. 4 cm.) is made through the armpit. Through which the implant is inserted behind the pectoral muscle. The procedure is performed under general anesthesia and lasts 1 hour or an hour and a half. The sutures will be removed between 7 and 10 days later.
In the first few days there will be some inflammation and some bruising . A vest type compression bandage (girdle) will be placed to keep the implants in the place established for them, thus preventing them from moving. It is recommended rest for the first 48 hours after surgery. The bandage must be worn for at least 15 days.
Recovery time is difficult to determine. Those people who do jobs with little physical activity can join this in 4 or 5 days. Those whose work requires a greater physical effort must have a relative rest of at least 10 days. For exercise (gym) you must wait at least a month and do it gradually.
