How does Silhouette Soft® work?

Acts in two stages

• Lifting Effect: Lifting effect with immediate but discreet results. Immediately after the treatment, the doctor will redefine the area by compressing the tissue and stretching the skin thanks to the bidirectional cones that the suture has
• Regenerative Action: A regenerative action for gradual and natural results. When polylactic acid is absorbed, it acts in the subcutaneous tissue and stimulates the activation of fibroblasts and the production of collagen, which restores the shape of the face

Areas that we can treat with Silhouette Soft®

Silhouette Soft® can be used to treat different parts of the face:

• Middle third of the face and jaw line
• Jaw line and neck
• Eyebrow (raise)

Treatments are also performed with Silhouette Soft® tension threads in some areas of the body, such as the breasts.

Candidate patient to perform the Silhouette Soft® suture treatment?

Suitable:

• Loss of malar volume.
• Drop of the jaw line.
• Neck relaxation.
• Drooping of the eyebrow.
• Skin loss in the middle third of the face.

Not suitable:

• Excess skin in the mandibular region associated with thick skin.
• Excess skin due to advanced aging and thin skin.
• Excess skin in the mandibular region but with hypertrophic aging.
• Excessively thin skin with a lack of adipose tissue.

Aftercare

After the treatment of the Silhouette Soft® thread lifts, some specific recommendations must be followed:

• Ice a cold towel should be applied to the treated areas immediately after the procedure, for 5 to 10 minutes
• Anti-inflammatories should be taken in case of pain (2 to 3 days).
• An antibiotic ointment may be recommended to be applied to the suture entry and exit points twice a day for (5 days).
• You should keep your head elevated for the first three nights and it is recommended to sleep on your back for approximately (5 nights).
• Face should be gently cleansed and dried without scrubbing for at least (5 days).
• Make-up should be applied, shaved and hair washed gently for (5 days).
• Direct sunlight should be avoided and tanning beds should not be used for the first (2 weeks).
• Facial massages and aesthetic treatments should be avoided for (3 weeks).
• Sports and especially contact sports should not be practiced for (3 weeks).
• Saunas should not be used in Turkish baths for (3 weeks).
• Dental surgeries should be avoided for (3 weeks).
• Avoid excessive social movements in particular when chewing, speaking, yawning… for (3 weeks).
